True story of how Chinese immigrants found a piece of their old home, China in their new home, Indiana when they discovered soybean farms. Auntie Yang and family start a soybean picnic to share their favorite soybean dishes with other Chinese families. The picnic grows and grows, including more Chinese families and giving everyone a sense of belonging.
