Initially I checked out this book thinking I would flip through it and just read some of it. This book "reeled" me in! Who would think our gastrointestinal system would be so influenced by what we eat and do. Even though she is a doctor she explained everything in easy to understand terms. And, if you have problems with bloating and other embarrassing problems, she has a few recipes and solutions for your ills.
