Power puff Girls is a classic. I am glad that the author/mangaka added Bliss into the mixture. Sugar, spice, and everything nice; determines whether you are a Power Puff Girl and with a little Chemical X, then the mayor of Townsville-with his gray and silky-mustache; he will say; ""women, please save Townsville"!"

In this review, I am simply listing the African-American appeals.
1) page 4) a young African American Woman is dressed in a green dress with flowers on
2) page 11) the police have arrested the bad-guy (Mr. Fuzzy Lumpkins)
3) page 15) there is an American Flag on Townsville Hall
4) page 19) there is an African American Male in a picture wearing a backwards hip-hop style cap
5) page 24) there is a Black n White Camera
6) page 30) Bubbles is drawing a picture of the sun with a smiley-face
7) page 51) there are cartons of milk on a shelf
8) Page 66) there is a safe full of precious items
9) page 81) there are several squirrels in a tree
10) page 140) the mayor of Townsville is wearing multi-colored and expensive dress shoes
