I understand why Al Capone did not pay income tax. I do not understand why Al Capone showed up in court to be prosecuted for income tax evasion. "Get Capone" rates 5.0 stars for the facts but leaves Al Capone as an enigma.

Hollywood is bankrupt of new ideas for motion pictures. A film about the rise and fall of Al Capone would be terrific. A computer generated James Gandolfini (a.k.a. Tony Soprano) would be ideal for the role of Al Capone.

A little slow with seemingly too much information, but a good historical read about Big Al Capone and the Commission.
