"In a business that asks no questions, The Courier (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), is the best out there - but he wasn't expecting a deal like this. Deliver a briefcase, get a million dollars. What's the catch? Fail, and his family gets killed. The briefcase belongs to a killer as elusive as a nightmare, and so feared that the entire Underworld trembles at the mention of his name. And with a new partner by his side (Josie Ho), it's hard to know who to trust. Hounded by hit men and hustlers, double-dealing feds and double-crossing accomplices, the Courier embarks on an impossible journey that ultimately unravels his own murky past."--Container.

An interesting action adventure with a good twist at the end.

Found it fast paced, lots of action, bit of romance on side, surprise ending. Would recommend - plus Jeffrey Dean Morgan is gorgeous and did great job. Very believable in part.

It's a pity there isn't a negative star rating system as this would certainly qualify. Was there a script writer? a directer? anyone who was making sense of this mess???

High lights were in the opening minutes and went down hill from there. There were several logically gaps that were not reconcilable in mho. But good visuals and acting made this a watchable action thriller.

Decent action & violence, but very confusing story. Did not get the ending at all

Fair – The Courier (2012) 99 min. In The Courier, we have Jeffrey Dean Morgan, a look alike for Javier Bardem, who works as a courier for organized crime. The film is muddled with incomprehensible plot points which steal from the enjoyment of the film - not to mention the terrible ending. For all its worth, I did have a hard time getting through it. You may have better luck.
