This book is a truly amazing book about the true story of a man as a young boy having to go through trials to be who he is today. Mr. Carter as a boy didn't have a very good family life and this book has taught me to be thankful for the things I have and haven't got and to be most thankful for my family. This is an excellent book that I recommend for all ages.
