Very helpful book. I was not looking for naturopath recommendations. Everything else was written clearly and easy to follow.
As well as reading about Cannabis I particularly appreciated the chapters on Inflammation which leads directly into the chapter on Arthritis. It's becoming better known the significance that food plays in managing Arthritis pain. The 4 pages on food choice were a wonder of clarity, better than I've ever seen. I copied those 4 pages to use as easy reference in making better food choices. Most of my favourite foods are on the no no list, all acidic which initiate the flairs of Arthritis. Oh well.
The chapter on Low Back Pain was excellent, each yoga pose written in detail so I wrote those as well. I'm confident that I won't need to use any Rx for low back pain. It's a 20 minute relaxing work-out that strengthens the lower back.
