Add a CommentA well known book from one of the foremost experts on the psychology and science of stress.
The instructions for doing the relaxation exercise gets a page maybe two. the rest of the book explains the history of his work and benefits of why this topic is important.
You probably wouldn't have picked up the book if you weren't already sold.
So if you want "self help" coping with life's challenges this will not help much. If you want to read about the topic then it may be a help to you.
