A new bylaw designed to preserve police shoeleather and save tax dollars is one step closer to being passed. The false-alarm bylaw, researched and drafted by Const. Scott Chadsey, was presented to the Lethbridge Police Commission Thursday for a final once-over before it goes to city solicitor Doug Hudson and finally to city council for approval.
