Big House May Go To Top Court

Rate this:
A group of concerned neighbors fighting the construction of a two-storey addition to a southside house may take its fight to Ottawa and the Supreme Court of Canada. Last Wednesday, three Alberta Appeal Court judges overturned a 1999 provincial court judge's decision which sided with upset neighbors and called for the demolition of an addition to a home at 1417 16 Ave. S., known as the Big House.
