During a reception at the President's palace in Soviet Republic, renegade republics take the President and guests hostage. However, an uninvited guest is in the Palace during the coup - ex-secret agent Jack Gracy. With the clock ticking on nuclear weapons, and the lives of the hostages and President at stake, Jack must find a way to free them and gain control of the nuclear weapons before it is too late.
