A new and improved version of The Three Musketeers. Stupendously entertaining, with great acting and an inspired script. On the other hand, if you are put off by violence, then look elsewhere!

RED occasionally has its moments as well as a dash of entertaining over the top action, but ultimately is a choppy, boring and uninteresting thriller.

Second time watching this very entertaining humorous action CIA themed movie about retired operatives that still have their skills... Bruce Willis (always cleverly dry), Helen Mirren (former MI-6), Morgan Freeman and a few other major actors deliver command performances. So fun! One of my favorite Bruce Willis movies.

This is a 2010 American action comedy directed by Robert Schwentke, inspired by the limited comic book series of the same name created by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner.
The story is such a silly and unbelievable piece of shit that you might feel you would waste your time as I did.
Although there are some superb actors, the storyline seems just stupid.
If you like gratuitous big actions, then you might just as well want to watch it.

This is a silly silly, brilliantly fun, film. John Malkovich steals ever scene he's in by virtue of being such a large ham and chewing the scenery so hard that William Shatner is wincing. Morgan Freeman steals nearly as many scenes by simply being Morgan Freeman at his most Morgan Freeman. Helen Mirren plays her character as Martha Stewart meets la femme nikita in brilliant fashion. Yes, it's silly. I said that already, that doesn't stop it from being ridiculously good fun. No, it isn't realistic. If you wanted realistic, why are watching this? This is fun, sit back and enjoy it.

A great cast but super campy and over the top. Nothing special and very forgettable.

A fun and quite violent film featuring a group of retired covert operators being targeted for death. Bruce Willis and Mary Louise Parker have good chemistry as an agent and the civilian he has a thing for. Malkovich is gleefully unhinged as the former operative who's gone off the map mentally. Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, and Brian Cox are all as professional as ever in their roles as multinational operatives caught up in the narrative. And Karl Urban, as the agent tasked to go after them, has a suitably grumpy quality in his performance.

Marvin Boggs: Because last time we met, I tried to kill you.
Frank Moses: That was a long time ago.
Marvin Boggs: Some people hold on to things like that.
